2023 reflection + 2024 hopes/goals(?)
its that time of YEAR AGAIN cw alcohol mention i decided to try drinking for da occasion. i got a little buzzed but not that much. it like. went away. i think. haha. today i spent the day wanting a little bit of carol & the end of the world (its really good so far i recommend it) and then worked on my letterbox by listing all movies i watched today and... all movies i watched in general (not done but yknow) soo THIS YEAR. :] i feel really great about this year. i think i improved a lot in terms of mental and physical health. this summer i really tried to focus on improving myself physically. i committed to like a exercise and stretch routine. that was like my biggest goal for the summer was to take care of my physical health. and honestly. i do feel stronger >_< and more in tune with my body. my body is still weak but well, thats just how it is tbh. i continued with therapy and i did a lot of stuff this year in terms of opening up and confronting issues that would have scared me
